Best Banana Cake Ever

So my mother in-law made the best banana cake I have ever eaten. It also might be the best cake I have ever eaten, but I would need to do a panel to be sure. That sounds divine. A cake testing panel....mmm.....

Cookie Sheet Banana Bars
*2 Sticks of butter
*2 Cups of sugar
*2 or 3 bananas
*3 eggs
*1/2 Cup sour cream
*1 tsp almond extract
*3 Cups flour
*1 tsp salt
*1 tsp baking soda

Bake in a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting
*1 tsp vanilla
*1/4 tsp nutmeg
*2 1/3 cup powdered sugar
*8 oz cream cheese
*1 Cup butter

You know this recipe is good for two reasons. Reason 1: 3 sticks of butter. Reason 2: It was handwritten on a scrap piece of paper.

*Note: The butter should be softened for both recipes, as well as the cream cheese. Just mix it all together.
