So, I am obviously leading up to something and that something is a review of tampons. Because, you know, everyone loves to write reviews about their monthlies. I joined a group called Influenster, which is pretty awesome. I got to sample products from their "GoBox" for free which featured a lot of products for people on the go, trying to lose weight, stay active and all that. One of the products is Playtex Sport Fresh Balance.
I will admit right off that I am not a fan of tampons. I tend towards pads because I always felt that tampons were uncomfortable. However, I gave these a go and I am glad I did. They were really easy to use and I didn't even feel it after I started moving, which is what I was worried about.
These have an odor shield and are lightly scented but I would prefer them without the scent. Scented products tend to irritate me so I want to avoid that as much as possible. I didn't have any problems with them though.
These are a little more expensive, but I like them enough that they are worth the splurge for when I work out or do activities that require moving around a lot. Give'em a try!
